Setting Sun, Shadows and Ambient Light

Sign in to watch

1. Open Graphic Display Options → Lighting/Shadows.
2. Enable Cast Shadows, disable Ambient Shadows for clarity.
3. Open Sun Settings:
   • Choose Single Day or Solar Study.
   • Set Location, Date, and Time.
4. Adjust shadows until façade + section read well.
5. Lower Shadow Intensity (8–20%) for subtle, professional diagrams.

Sun settings are unique per view.
