IFC to a simulation-ready thermal model

Upload an IFC and this reads its slabs into floor plates, divides each plate into perimeter and core zones, pairs the partitions so heat crosses them, and grades the result — including a floor-area check against the model's own room schedule, which the builder never sees. Then export the zoned model as epJSON. Everything runs in your browser; the file is never uploaded.
